Voya is a listing marketplace that connects guests with property owners in Lebanon. Voya does not process bookings or payments; all arrangements are made directly between guests and owners.

Owners are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, including photos, pricing, amenities and availability. Listings that misrepresent a property may be removed.

Guests are responsible for verifying details with owners before committing to a stay. Voya is not a party to any rental agreement and accepts no liability for disputes between guests and owners.

Reviews must reflect genuine experiences. Fake, offensive or defamatory reviews will be removed and may result in account suspension.

We may update these terms as the platform evolves. Continued use of Voya after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
